This privately owned 3 bedroom executive Florida Villa is a spacious, detached, single storey property which is located only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. The villa is near to all the central Florida attractions around Orlando and Kissimmee.

The living accommodation consists of: 3 Bedrooms (sleeps up to 8); 2½ Bathrooms; Air Conditioning; Family Room; Large Kitchen; Dining Area; Cable TV and is beautifully furnished throughout. The villa provides a pleasant retreat after a busy Florida day. The villa has two double bedrooms, each with cable TV and a third bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed which has a double at the bottom and a single at the top. This Florida villa can comfortably sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms - there's no need for anyone to sleep on a sofa bed. There is also a cot, a high chair and a stroller.

The villa has its own large, screened and (optionally) heated private swimming pool, which faces south, overlooking a lake. The pool area is fully screened and enjoys the Florida sunshine all day long.

This Florida villa is located in the quiet residential area of Clear Creek at Woodridge, just off Route 27 and is conveniently located 10 minutes West of Walt Disney World, at the heart of central Florida, near to all the attractions of the Orlando and Kissimmee area.
