The living accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8); 3 bathrooms; partial air conditioning; kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine; lounge/dining room with TV and Video. There is a weekly maid service. |

The villa has its own small private garden with a barbeque area. There is also a shared 20m x 13m swimming pool in a very well lanscaped and maintained area. |

Alanya is in the south of Turkey in the Antalya area. Just opposite Cyprus.

A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit, will become due 16 weeks before the start of your stay.
