The living accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) and 1 bathroom. There is a balcony to the master bedroom overlooking the sea, and the lounge has a large patio where you can enjoy your alfresco breakfast. There is a fully fitted kitchen. |

In front of the patio is a large salt water swimming pool and a paved area to play and sun yourself on, making it the perfect home from home. |
Location
The Villa is situated in a conservation area close to magnificent sandy beaches, about two and half-hours south of Barcelona and an hour north of Valencia.

Attractions
The Villa is located very close to a local shop, where you can buy your holiday essentials including hot fresh bread baked daily during the summer. Walking in the surrounding area, with fantastic scenery and beautiful seaside walks through open countryside has to be recommended, as this is a truly Mediterranean experience, pebble beaches, beautiful clear blue sea and all within a few hundred yards of the Villa.
If you want to explore why not try the miles of clean quiet sandy beaches situated only a few minutes away, drive into the mountains for a taste of traditional Spain or take a trip down to the attractive village of Alcocebre (high rise free) with its shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, marina for water sports; sailing, sub aqua etc, tennis and nearby golf course.

A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking. The balance, together with a refundable security deposit of £200, will become due 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
