The living accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 5) and 2 bathrooms. The living room is 10 metres long and has a wood burning stove, large picture windows overlooking the valley, satellite TV, a kitchen area at one end and French windows opening on to the east and south facing terraces. The kitchen has the following: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric toaster and kettle. The villa has a utility room with washing machine and plenty of storage space. Internet access is available. |

The villa has a private 8m x 4m oval swimming pool and overlooks the lush Guadiaro valley with stunning views across the valley to the mountains beyond. Approached by its own drive, the villa is well set back from the road and is entirely private. It has fenced gardens and is set within its own 6 acres of meadow. |
Location
San Pablo de Buceite lies in the Guadiaro valley 50 km north of Gibraltar and midway between the ancient Moorish white villages of Gaucin and Jimena de la Frontera.
