The living accommodation consists of 2 Bedrooms (sleeps up to 7); 2 Bathrooms; a Dining room close to the Kitchen and a very large sitting room with a fireplace. Satellite TV and radio are provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided, and a washing machine is available. |

There is a swimming pool close to the house commanding beautiful views of unspoilt Tuscan countryside. In the grounds and gardens surrounding the house are cypresses, olive and fruit trees and there is a small wood close by. In all, there are some 20,000 square metres of farmland, with fields and woods in every direction. |
