The Cottage dates from the 18 th Century and there are lots of exposed beams and feature stonework. It has three large bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. It is comfortably furnished, carpeted and well equipped, and in winter it is heated throughout. Car parking is available immediately outside at the front of the property. |

To the front of the Cottage is a small walled flower garden and to the rear is a private garden with lawn, shrubs, picnic table and benches. |

The County Town of Trowbridge is 4 miles away and the World Heritage City of Bath is 12 miles away. Steeple Ashton has a Post Office, Public House and Restaurant, specialising in English and French food, all in the same building, just 5 minutes walk away.
Steeple Ashton is ideally placed as a base to visit many of the prehistoric sites of Wiltshire including the world famous Stonehenge, Avebury Stone Circle, Silbury Hill, The Wandsdyke, Kennet Longbarrow and the many White Horses of the County (The nearest one is at Westbury, a fifteen minute drive away).
Easily accessible are the ancient and historic cities of Salisbury and Bath, Stourhead Gardens, the 'biscuit-tin' village of Castle Coombe, the National Trust village of Laycock, Westonbirt Arboretum, Bradford on Avon, Bowood House, Great Chalfield Manor, Longleat House with its Maze and Safari Park and much, much more...
Further afield are Cheddar Gorge, Bristol, the Cotswolds and the Dorset Coast.

Only Saturday to Saturday bookings can normally be accepted.
Please contact the owners directly when you're ready to book.
A deposit of £100 per week will be required at the time of booking. The balance will become due 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
